We often find ourselves in an unsettling situation of misunderstanding. At work, or at home. We had it brilliantly put together in our head, but it came out terribly wrong. Or, we thought it was great but the other person found themselves offended. We gave clear instructions, however the team didn’t do anything, because they didn’t understand a thing. Familiar? A struggle with ineffective communication is real; being effective in interactions doesn’t come by default, it is a skill set to be exercised. Together, we can work on the skills that will make your communication more effective and help you:
